Mike has been with Kaspardlov & Associates since 2005, becoming a managing partner in 2010, and heads up the “Control Centre” of the office. With his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, and his specialized designation of Certified Financial Planner, Mike clearly understands there is no “cookie cutter” approach to financial planning and thoroughly enjoys the unique challenges of creating comprehensive plans that provide value for the average Canadian. He has qualified several times for the Canadian National Educational Conference, which acknowledges superior sales levels across product platforms. 

Mike and his wife Heidi reside in Kingsville, where they participate in many local activities to support the community… That is when they're not chasing their young children, Abby and Brody around. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys recreational activities including hunting and fishing, along with golf, hockey, and just about any other sport that is in season!

Josh joined Kaspardlov & Associates in 2011 to help manage client relationships and to continue to build their presence as leaders in the industry. His role has progressed over the years and he is now actively involved in the day to day management and strategic direction of Kaspardlov and Associates with Mike. Josh has been providing financial advice for over 17 years now and enjoys creating cashflow based solutions for clients in all stages of life. A graduate of the University of Windsor, Josh achieved his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2012 and was awarded a place on the Financial Planning Standard’s Council (FPSC) President’s List for achieving one of the highest marks on the national exam. He is a Past President of the Windsor Estate Planning Council and a former member on the FP Foundation Board of Directors. Josh also enjoys sharing his financial expertise through educational presentations and seminars.

Sticking to his small town roots he and his wife Melissa live in Lakeshore and keep busy with their two young children, Mila and Owen. A diehard sports fan (Maple Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays and Detroit Lions) he actively plays both indoor and beach volleyball, pick-up basketball, and attempts to play golf!

While Pat joined Kaspardlov & Associates in 2013, his 40+ years of experience and prestigious background elevate him to the head of the class. Past manager of the Canadian Equity Department at the HOOPP (Hospital of Ontario Pension Plan), and former Senior Managing Director & Canadian Equity Strategist at Manulife Financial, Pat has worked for some of the most well recognized firms in the industry. Pat has received many awards and mandates, including the prestigious Lipper Award.

Pat loves to be involved with his community and his industry in his spare time but, most recently, has moved to British Columbia to be with family. As a previous Chair of the Investment Committee and a Director of the Greater Toronto Scout Foundation, Pat is always looking for new opportunities to contribute and volunteer his time and expertise. He enjoys wine, food, birding, a really good joke and now, hiking!

He holds his designation as a Certified Financial Planner®, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Windsor – Odette School of Business. Matthew enjoys getting to know his clients and working with them to achieve their goals. He focuses on the big picture, navigating the challenges that life and the financial markets can bring. Matthew is involved with the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) and currently serves as the Treasurer for the club. 

Matthew and his wife Amanda were just introduced to parenthood, welcoming their daughter Eliana in 2022. In his spare time, he loves watching and playing hockey, cycling and all things music.

Elias has worked closely with Mike, Josh and Pat in order to learn the business from the ground up and be able to assist our clients in achieving their financial goals. He has since continued his education and earned his Certified Financial Planner® designation in January 2024.

Elias and his wife Geidah proudly reside in LaSalle where they’re active community members. In his spare time, he can be seen all around Essex County playing various sports including soccer, golf, running, and volleyball.

Melissa joined Kaspardlov & Associates in 2019 to assist the financial planning team in a variety of roles and currently manages the operational part of our insurance business. She recently took over the controlling and reporting responsibilities and helps manage the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, concentration in Finance. Her prior experience in the financial services industry includes 2 years at a major Canadian bank and 6 years at a national accounting firm.

Melissa is married to Josh and has two young children, Mila and Owen, who keep her very busy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, golfing, gardening, and a nice glass of wine!

Her more than 30 years of extensive executive administrative experience is of great value when maintaining an efficient back office and assisting the Partners in maintaining a productive organization. Allison knows all about being organized!

Born and raised on Manitoulin Island, Allison, along with her husband, moved to Windsor to be closer to their daughters’ growing families and four grandchildren. In her spare time, Allison enjoys reading, going for walks, knitting, baking, red wine and entertaining family and friends!
